U.S. District Court Judge Brandy McMillion is seeking applications for one-year term clerk positions and a career clerk position to begin in late January or early February 2024. The successful candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and exceptional and demonstrable analytical, legal research, and writing skills, including but not limited to high proficiency with legal research databases and computer applications. Experience with a prior federal/state court clerkship and/or internship experience or previous litigation experience is preferred.
